Oswaldo Cisneros Fajardo

Born in Caracas, Oswaldo is a business manager from Babson College. Cisneros started his career in 1961 by delving into the food and beverage industry. Under the wings of Venezuelan corporate mogul, Diego Cisneros, Oswaldo rose to become president of Pepsi Cola Venezuela.
In 1996, when the Coca Cola Company took control of Pepsi Cola Venezuela, Oswaldo left the presidency to pursue further business ambitions. He associated himself with Bellsouth International and formed Telcel Celular, company of which he rose again to become president. In 2006, Tecel Celular fully acquired the operator Digitel from Tim Italy Mobile.
Currently, Oswaldo serves as president of Digitel GSM; Central Azucarero Portuguesa; Puerto Viejo Marina & Yacht Club; and Oficina Central de Asesoría y Ayuda Técnica, and as director of Productora de Vidrio; and Corimón besides being part of SILK’s advisory committee.
